I too had a bad experience with koovs and their customer care sucks ,even when we manage to get someone they make you hold for 15 to 20 min and we pay the bill ,they dont have toll free no ,we have to pay for their crap phone music also

I had a horrible exeperience with icici bank .just had a simple saving account and some savings for emergency use and keeping that money was a night mare .icici started calling me every day twice to force me in putting that money in their schemes .it was as of i had taken a loan .i closed it and mov read more...

I too had good experience with amazon but my refund is stuck from 13 days ,i think it will get sorted out and atleast they dont cheat like myntra
