This is perhaps the most stupid opinion I have ever heard. pvchavan5 has no idea what insurance is all about. Insurance and mutual funds are completely different instruments. I think its the fault of the dealer who was careless with its PDI. Make them a party too in the case. Most companies have strict PDI process, but some dealers dont care much coz not all customers are aware of it. Thank GOD you are'nt hurt.

I have been riding activa since 2004 and done nearly 50k+ kms on it on various kind of road surface. I never experienced any kind of tilt to any side. I still cant understand what you mean. This is the first time I have come across this observation. Basically I do not concur with your arguments.
