I think even if they will continue the scheme most of the people will not opt for this scheme, i feel everyone would be interested in getting their principle amount back. After few months if the company goes good (chances are rare) then we can again invest there. Rekha

Hi I don't believe that this message is from City Group. If they wish to inform something to investors they will not use this medium, they will either sent SMS or inform thru phone or their site not thru mouthshut.com. Rekha (Delhi)

Hi I just checked Bombay High court site and came to know that there are four cases against City mentioned on the site. me too confuse abt 15th Sept, 09. Why the court has given the date for meeting after 30 days - 7th Oct, its too far. Its very tough to pass a single day. I came to know tht Nehru Place office is closed for the last 3 days. 15th Sept is important for us or 7th Oct? Rekha (Delhi)

I like your comment, this will be very trustable if a company send sms annoucing the clear cut statement. I wanted to say that the co. had already sent the sms that not to deposit chq before 15 sept.
