no point in cribbing unnecesary for your own mistakes...a mimimum balance criteria u need to follow.. they do sent statements regularly but you r supposed to update latest address.. and why the hell u were not monioring your account when you are having internet account facility... believe read more...

Santosh: My preferable way is to use email facility in net banking to send a message...and they always (I repeat always) responded to mails. If they can't fulfill request, they will say so with workaround...Of course request should be legible from your end…If you have made a mistake or didn read more...

not agree with the rating.... rating should be for overall featutres not for one fault and you give single star... bsnl is good in overall respect and you have to accept it's an govt organisation so should be ready to accept a delay... look at the other things and you will definately appr read more...

I am using hutch and BSNL for last one month and for sure hutch is not at all good in bangalore.... I got the card in 99 rs scheme and now it's of no use while cellone works fine.... voice quality is pretty bad on hutch...my other friends having hutch facing the same problem....
