There are more things coming to light If one looks at the balance sheet & profit & loss account of City Limouzine available on MCA Website it looks like the auditor of the company has not done its duty properly. muddassar the link you have posted is of a company listed on the bse(which is now suspended) and not the company we are talking about

This is a relly big issue. The new cheques are coming from City Hospitalities I checked with the Registrar of Companies there is no company named City Hospitalities registered with ROC.
