they are the worst ever. I had several bad experiences. They just debit your account without information and i had to fight hard to get it reversed. Their deductions are based on simple economics. junk review....either you are not aware of the industry service standards and you are used to delays and accept them as a part of life in India or else you are an infibeam employee. Seriously in my experience flipkart delivers faster and is far cheaper.

i have had the same experience with books -- they send used books and i have raised this issue before. Infibeam is not reliable in my experience.
