I’’m getting my internet at a very low speed and often interrupting connectivity. Neither the local service teams or the corporate team is working to resolve the issue. Very disappointing experience. on top with a sub par teams as the customer care representative attending the calls.

their service is the issue. They take days to resolve the issue. I have been facing issues with connection multiple times for the past month, each time they took 2-3 days to resolve the issue. In this era, taking days to resolve the issue is a crime. They will soon lose their complete market share to other competitors.
delay in installation, worst customer care support, worst technical department, and worst sales persons. Entire ACT is WORST Worst..

Yep, one of the worst. And there is no other escalation mode too. They are least bothered about email request too.

yes ACT cc is a bunch of liers hired for making false excuses!!they will take 30 mins to lodge a complaint!!very bad service !!
