You can give it a try on https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/, where in they need to address the problem. Its a forum where issue is directly sent to company and they are obliged to respond! In case, if issue is not resolved yet!

MAtrix is fraud company , it should be completely banned in India. Matrix only misleads and sells its sim and u get something else!! Don't ever buy matrix postpaid.

Hi Sorry for posting this comment late if i had read this post few months back, i would have avoided matrix!! i was also charged for Toll free no in UK and i was promised 750 mins to india ,out of which i could only use 35 mins!! Matrix is pain, not sure why they are not banned yet!!
