You can give it a try on https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/, where in they need to address the problem. Its a forum where issue is directly sent to company and they are obliged to respond! In case, if issue is not resolved yet!

Please beware OLA is no more showing message for Peak time charge, they will directly charge it, without your knowledge.BAN OLA in India , they are hiring goons, robbers, and charging peak time for such travels.
