Facing persistent internet issues with Hathway. The connection is unreliable and customer service is almost impossible to reach—calls go unanswered and no proper support is provided. Extremely disappointed with the experience.

Hathway is a worst internet service provider in Delhi so don’’t take connection. My internet stopped working from 2 days, I registered complaints but not fixed yet. I called many times on customer care number but waste of time.

Extremely disappointing experience with Hathway Broadband. They don’t even deserve a single star. The service is unreliable, with frequent disconnections and extremely slow resolution times.

why they have customer care?, if they are only to say ''restart your modem'' and ''we have sent reminder'' on call to customer nothing more than that they can do. so why they need customer care ??? just put recording for these sentences on call

they also cheat me....in first meeting they say 699 rs for 100 mb/s plan but when i confirmed by customer care they said my plan is 1099 rs and have to pay 1400 rs on renewal....

Not even deserve one star. They don’’t want to give you any post installment services. Technicians either don’’t show up on time or don’’t come at all. Even after repeated complaints, there is no follow-up or urgency from their side.

I completely agree..... I got it installed a week back and so far It has not even worked for an hour..... raised 3 complaints. In return I just get a call stating "MAM we have fixed it" and nothing is sorted. Court should close such kind of worst service...... If owner of this service has little shame left or if you are reading this comment please hire sensible and intelligent technicians else close the company.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I’’ve repeatedly asked Hathway Broadband to stop calling me, yet I continue to receive harassing calls multiple times a day. Even worse, some of the agents have been abusive and rude on the phone.
I DID USE THEM NEXT TIME I WILL GIVE THEM ADDRESS OF LOCAL POLICE STATION AND ASK THEM TO CONNECT ME UP IN ROOM NO 2 (CELL No. 2) FOR INTERNET :)

I found the most worst services ever i used 50 mbps speed with best hd streeming sebscriber i am BUT GETTING SPEED LESS THEN MOBILE INTERNET

Poor customer service, waste of time and money. They threatened me to pay the router cost of Rs 2500. Useless company, no response to customer calls, but they will call you everyday and disturb. Never go for it.

Very Bed Service In Ekta Nagar Heerapura Jaipur. I am not satisfied with my internet connection with Hathway as they are not willing to help me with my issue nor are they willing to refund the amount that was charged.

Don’’t take Hathway broadband connection. Wifi stops working multiple times a day, speed should be 50 Mbps but I’’m lucky if I even get 5. Terrible service. Register complaints but no response.
Worst service . I have been using Wi-Fi from many year with other network providers but Hathway is the worst. No proper guidance and they say to pay the money first without installation it’s been two days still no Wi-Fi . Extremely disappointed.

The worst service I have ever seen. Each customer care gives different information. I regret for choosing this network I strongly recommend not to go for this service. Customer care reps don’’t know what they speak and don’’t have product knowledge.
