Don't be surprised... still i'm experiencing.... I gave my vehicle for servicing, found all my spare were missing after service(spare head lamp, pen drive ....) :(

Even i'm having similar experience with KROPEX INDIA LTD. I booked the vehicle on April 30th 2011 and they have committed to deliver in seven days, but still now i haven't got my vehicle.
