BD550 is a blue ray player, right ? can you elaborate more what the problem is ? Btw, I am facing issues too with another model LG BX580 which is a 3D blue ray player. It won't play DVDs apart from those coded Region-5. I post a more detaled review separately.

same problem..noticed it this on Dec 2007 statement. Leave aside 2.5% cash back and surcharge waiver, they charged me 2.5% on all pertol buys at BPCL pumps in Bangalore !! CS said that they are giving me 5% back in next month's statement..lets see what happens...better to use HSBC cards..they don't read more...

Ravi - my advice to you would be to take a personal loan or balance transfer to another card (that supports EMI) and thus pay off your HDFC credit card, your interest liability will be lower. All the best !

Bhuvanesh - This is very unfortunate. In most countries consumer laws protect customers from dishonest retailers and credit card companies, which is absent in India.
