Its true that with increasing customer base, Airtel Digital TV customer service is detoriorating. I wrote this review during initial phases. The review just suggests that you have been cheated by some Saak Communications and not Airtel. If you experienced all that you wrote, you must be having some personal problem with some Airtel officer. Its amazing that my fellow has rendered airtel DTH bad for a single unjustifiable resion: bad colour combination. Wooooooooo.......Couldn't he put this issue just as CONS. Obviously this review doesn't cover all aspects.
