Silli977 has been frank in admitting his mistake. That is courageous of him and also honest. Many times citizens have difficulty in dealing with the powerful and rich. At such times it is only open fora like this that can provide an outlet to express the injustice which has been done.

I agree with kamleshagarwal12 that we should give the hospital a chance and not look just at the negative aspects of it. The hospital has had a difficult time from the beginning.
