This is major revenue generator for Airtel these days and i guess they are mostly using this tactics for rural innocent customers. I too have used Airtel since long time but now it seems i will have to rethink . Waiting for Number portability service.

Airtel is now fleecing customers big time to keep its profit and loss account healthy. What they do is they start certain services on their own in any ones mobile. Or they create a loop through messages so that the services is switched on . And they will start the service deducting the amount from t read more...
