In case of problems so faced, you write to cr@hmil.net, this is Hyundai Customer care e mail ID, they directly touch base with the customer for the resolution of the problems one faces right from purchase to service. Some of the service centres of Hyundai would not be as good.

Hi, the quality at Hyundai is deteriorating with each passing day, you go any of the dealers for Santro, you would realize that quality of Santro has gone from good to worse. Accent was sold with best of the quality inputs, I do not know, what has happened off late...

Hi, Have bought a new Accent GLE recently, have been a Hyundai customer since 2005, have found that they have deteriorated the quality of the cars, agreed that Accent is a tried and tested car but if you compare the same with that of the ones sold till 2006, you would be disappointed.
