Issue has been resolved. I ve got the refund, it took 15 days from their side.
@amd2499 thanks for writing in. Its not too late before Indiatimes Shopping realises that Consumers ought to be respected..and I am still waiting for my refund, no progress on 13th day. Called their customer care today, had to wait for 10 mins to get to a person on the other side, who had no idea wh read more...
