refund ...Are you kidding.? They will not shed a penny from their kitty. Just not bothered about what the customer went through.
They did not check with us even for once. Persistence calls came only for payment :(

Absolutely. we had a harrowing experience too in our recent trip to Kerala. Well said that they communicate with you only for payment. They don't care if you are travelling , lost or stranded post payment. This travel company is the worst you can ever take a package from. The representatives are read more...
