The problem has not been fixed as yet - and it's likely to hurt other users. I use my mobile to remind me of appointments , and thanks to the alarm on my Samsung not going off ( as it was supposed to), I missed 2 appointments ! Dr Malpani

They only get away with this sort of behaviour because we let them ! If everyone decided not to put up with this rubbish, they'd improve pretty quickly ! Fortunately, we now have lots of better options !
