Very unspecific complaint . a) the person has no idea of how a hole in the heart is diagnosed b) difficult to believe that refund has not happened c) this is basically washing dirty linen in public

Nice review You are right. TOI has become a habit but somewhere you forgot R.K.Laxman- one of the few reasons to read TOI.
