I had a very bad experience with bon bon shop sector 18. I ordered an apple cake, it is solid and burnt. I called up and got the reply , that is this way only. She refused to lodge my complain. This is poor.

I have faced the same . It ordered on 12 jan The order is not received and now i have said them to cancel the order on chat. On calling, all the customer care executives are busy, nobody is there to answer. They are fraud and should be sent to jail.

The customer service has gone bad now. The goods ordered are cancelled. they don't want to give products at discounted price. Not happy with them now.
Now the shipping time has increased. Also some orders are not getting shipped on time or getting cancelled.
The product is delivered now . After waiting for more than a month, the shirts are finally delivered. The customer support is very bad. The shirts looks fine.
