Home to me has always been lush, green hills and black tarred road shining for miles to end with a sparkle that comes from the falling rain.. yes, I belong to a place which includes a lot of unique characteristics found nowhere else in the world... receiving the highest rainfall in the world.. the largest river island in the world.. the hottest chilly.. :-) You'll find my memoirs in my reviews on Shillong and the north-east of India in general.. though I do not reside in the north-east any longer, yet home to me is still Mum, Dad & the lush green hills & yes! also the muck caused in the city, the heat, the curfews, the ignorance of the center to this part of the country.. they all delve together to make this beautiful place a home which I cherish to go to each living day .. (not that Im dying or frustrated on a particular day!!) .. My husband gives me the love and comfort which I've left behind.. so that I can make myself another home away from home.. for the both of us.. lovingly built with a genuine compatibility that I know is currently facing your envy.. ''spit, spit'' (we do that to ward away any evil or bad).. Thank you for taking time out to read about me.. I'm sure you let me on your knowledge of the world and how so many things still remain to be discovered for me.. be happy.. always..
