@the-mirage thanks for your concerns. I wish the lending business just becomes becomes 1) lend money to customer and 2) get money + interest + nothing more and nothing less from the customer.

So the reviewer is trying to introduce a new feature in Kotak Mahindra Bank and writes nothing about the service quality, etc.,. This is definitely an employee from that bank, who doesn't even know what a review is :-).
