Well i think its the fault from dealer side and dealer is responsible for that, because they won't charge any thing extra for instalation as every thing in included in that. Just write them mail on following id's i think it will work. customercare@dishtv.in dishtvhelpdesk@dishtv.in

Dear preeti, As of now there is no provision that you would upgrade to this product from the current STB that you have......the only option available now is to buy the new product.
