It's 3 months and 10 days now. I did not receive refund for the flight cancelled. PNR:BF4J7K I initiated a cancel on 1st Sep 2014, Case: CAS-8661699-BT2RJ4 Post that whenever I call, the customer care tells me that they have escalated the issue and somebody from their backend team would call me to read more...
1 month 15 days over today since I raised request for my ticket cancellation. Still amount is not refunded to me. Following up with Airasia on this. This is really bad customer service.
