thanks guys for the comments, general consensus looks like everytime something wrong happens u compare with the other worse off cases grin and bear it.
rare case of mismanagement or not if u have given a sales order and confirmed it and if u r a ethical buisness u stand by it. and also there is no fun in tarnish image of any company since nobody has the time or the inclination to do it. they should change there website name to FIBCART!!!!!!!!!
i agree about the price being lower but in that case they should not have confirmed the order by email and on the phone and also via an sms to my phone. If they have made a commitment they should stand by it. O
