I totally agree with you that some of the negative reviews on Innova are baseless and biased. They are more to create sensation.

You seem to share my views on Innova and Scorpio. I have been at the receiving end of M&M customer service and arrogance. On the other hand Toyota customer service has lived up to their reputation till now.

Good luck...waiting for your comments on new SLX on road. Iam still waiting for my car and I have been informed that I will get my car +vely on 26th May. But I have been told that the cost is increased by 10,000 and I need to pay 9.4 Lakhs now. Did u also pay 10K extra?
I have a similar experience with Vijai Auto. I booked my vehicle on 2nd April and still have no clue when I will get the vehicle. Luckily I have paid only 50 K as booking amount.

I booked Scorpio SLX Black new model on 2nd April at Vijai Auto and they have been doing the same with me. Not committing on a delivery date. Now they are saying another 2 weeks. Heard they are even charging premium for early delivery.
