dear tanmoy you don't get this system for 7200+vat.. i have payed almost double the money. i know the pain. any how i called customer care. i will be discussing with them. regards

i will agree with hemant's commants. even i also faced same problem.. after calling them for more then 10 days they responded to mycall. service is use less.
