It's good to see many guys opening up regarding this company, just do your bit as a matter of social service. Let us save innocent engineers from falling into Quest traps, where slavery rules for benefit of top management.

Yes it is substandard company. There's hardly any difference b/w a car driver of a rich person & you if you work at quest. I know Pravin personally, this guy was kind of ’ONE MAN ARMY’ who built QuEST from scratch. There is no need to think twice about K10, it has K-series engine, one the most powerful & also fuel efficient.
