again the same problem, 1-3714801191 the engineer visit to collect the CPE was closed without even calling me! And now you want additional 7 days for the for the engineer to visit. Ek dum bakwass company! Sharam aani chahiye tumhe iss company ke liye kaam karne me!
PROBLEM NOT RESOLVED! Thanks for your response here, but the problem hasn't been resolved. My disconnection request still hasn't been honoured, I called the hotline again and was assured that an engineer would be assigned soon to collect the CPE. Its been almost a month, the process was supposed to read more...
