And yes, as Airtel updates me about my case, I'll update that also for everyone to read. I really don't care if they cancel my connection - but there's no point in letting it be - Airtel needs to be fixed and I'm starting to do it.

.....eventually dropped the phone 2 times. There is NO WAY of contacting any airtel personnel, they have shielded themselves from customers. I've been using the simple macbook for the past 1 year and its a great machine.
OK i finally managed to get the money back from the bank - they accepted that they had not done much about it since they were 'busy' !

A customer has already taken HP to court and is asking for a full refund. You should also do that here : http://www.consumercomplaints.in/complaints/hp-compaq-nx6120-c28796.html The consumer court is looking into it. We should all support the customer, i'm doing my bit !
