It''s 2020 and still no hope. Keep hearing news, but no actual refund. as years passed, many of its investors might have even forgot their money without any hope for return/refund. The real sufferers are poor investors under laying the hope for a speedy recovery from the cheated culprit. Court may please take speedy initiative for refund. Please anyone knowing the status may update.

I have received Affidavit of proof of Debt from Bombay High court on 22 feb 2013 with their inwrd no 2676 of the high court up to what date the court settled the settlementto the investers. if any one who got back a prt of investment let me know which year invested in which account etc. to my mail.
