Taj Deccan
Taj deccan is Hyderabd’s most famous luxury restaurant . But im foodie just focus on food Not on Taj .

I was here at Any company’s event here I was served first idli . It was actually Vegetable idli with Capsicum and Mayonease . It was totally spiceless . And only 4 idli in plate was a Insane .Taj is Not good at Food .

This is so big place . it took 10 minutes to reach my hall there . Beautiful restraunt with weirdo staff.

Customer service is Needed to be Coordinated . Because waiters does not litsen your order properly .

We paid 1500 rs for one person but Taj deccan is not good for food .

Customer Service Are Two Strange Words
I visited Syn a restaurant at this hotel. Usually I have found this hotels staff to be courteous and hospitable but I guess it was unfortunate that I stumbled at hands of some amateur in charge of the "SYN" bar and restaurant. He calls himself Deepak.(Rest. Manager).

My friend and me entered and he started looking at us in a very stupid manner, then he started almost walking with us and I asked what’s the matter. He said bar is closed. It appeared strange to me as people were sitting and enjoying food and drinks.

I said that all are here; he insisted that we leave and sit outside. What cr*p was that, made me feel that I am trespassing someone’s property? How can you ask a guest to leave your restaurant when your restaurant is open?

Is it hospitality? I just hope that I don’t meet this dude - Deepak again. You never know – I can also have some moment.

Well, is Syn worth going? - Probably yes, I will go again but I just hope that this guy gets some coaching. Taj is not known for such rude, ill-mannered and discourteous employees. I think customer service is strange to him or he thinks that Taj is his father’s hotel.

Whatever, what a spoilsport and sad experience!

Very good hospitality. And food is good, not very spice. I am vegetarian . I enjoy taste food here came to the official event .nice service good atmaspiar, not the much cloudy olso.meeting place. Very spacious. I don’t know about items and price of lunch and dinner. In hyder one of the best restrarent
