This seems a purely marketing stuff by Redbus people. Any ways, I am not bothered about it. They are free to do that. BUT, also be ACCOUNTABLE for service or product you people are offering. Think beyond commission on tickets booked through redbus.in & satisfy customer. I bet, by doing this Redbus w read more...

Very true Mili. Actually Redbus is just a third party service between passengers & bus operators. They have absolutely no control over how the passenger is being treated. They just get some commission out of every ticket booked through Redbus.in. I guess, they have done enough of marketing by now read more...
