The Customer Service is atrocious! There is no response on mail, phone or the 'live' chat. Have left several offline messages as well as mails - with no revert ever! Privatesales.com delivers items in a week... It's been over 6 weeks and am yet to get an update on the Tommy Hilfiger towels I ord read more...
