come to think of it all class B creditors will oppose the plan since they dont get anything out of it. And class A creditors will favour the plan since they are getting their amount back. Of course there may be quite a lot of indivduals who qualify as both classA and classB creditors.

As per my understanding class A creditors - people who have not received back the ACTUAL principle amount they have invested will be given the remaining balance amount. somaya my friend For the last time :- A quorum is the minimum number of people required to cunduct a meeting which is 20. so if only say 10 people show up the meeting will be adjourned for want of quorum. There is no upper limit. now dont go around saying that only 20 people should attend.

hey i think the students diwali vacations will have started by then. And schools/colleges usually let out there premises on rent for the extra money during hoidays. so i think even if they havent arranged for the meeting yet as said by the school principle, they will do it because the school will read more...

14 oct is a wednesday if meeting is going to be planned in wilson school/college shouldnt it be on a sunday. i dont think the college will allow thousands of investors to use there premises on a working day when their students are present in the building. somethings not right.
