I received a call from a concerned manager (Lokesh) who was very humble and updated the status of the shipment and promised that he will check the matter with the team as well as courier company. There is a lapse from the courier company too as the tracker is now showing the ''in transit'' status.

Take the matter with your network provider and file a complaint. You can also go to the nearest police station and file a case. You have the number from where you got the calls.

Buying may be easier but you will repent later when you are in search of any accessory even a small battery cover which costs around 1200 in indian Rupees but very difficult to find one in even big places like Bangalore!!!!
