You cannot compare a diesel and petrol car. The dynamics on economy are entirely different. And the mileage is pretty good for a car in its segemnt and its more. The honda city is much more expensive compared to the aveo

Hey, Thanks for your comments. You can also consider the chevy 1.6 if you need better pickup although marginal. Although the Verna would be lil better in Pickup, I definitely would not like to be seen it. Its looks are just not right and the interiors not that great. To top it all you read more...
Thanks a lot for both. I guess the aveos' are few beacuse: 1. Its lil bit pricey than its sisters 2. Yes, lack of service centres and more of their reputation 3. I do agree that the place is rip off when it comes to prices, but I did like the fried prawns there. There are dime a dozen resturaunts in and around Koramangala which offer variety fares and are much mor econmical and i am busy exploring them.
