I am astonished by the lack of customer concern and care displayed by KingFisher. There is no responsibility taken by errors made by it's staff - leaving me with a ruined shirt and completely lost faith in flying KF. Rene Driessens (IT600).
Ground staff are incompetent and not authorized. After care is all about don't care....
