PLEASE SEE THE Mail I sent on April 17, 2012, and since then I am calling and sending mails to them but No responce from customtakeouter care and not refunded my money. They are just sending me the bills.
The executive and the people at ABC Broadband are interested only to sell the connections and earn money.
No one is taking responsibility for the false connection sell and there is no action against the sales executives who are cheating the customtakeouters.

Undersigned subscribed for plan ADULQ 512 k, on 4th April 2012, with Mr Sunil of ABC Broadband Nagpur (m- 093708388**) without demo and simply believing on him that the connection shall work at my home.
Mr. Bablee (98900762**) had installed the antenna on roof on 8th of April 2012. Since that day the connection breaks frequently and it does not work in the evening and at any time the speed is very low, tested today morning at 8 am and the results are 127 for down load and 74 for upload.
I have made a complaint two times the last complaint no is 1-2270452533, but there is no response from your end called many times Mr. Sunil, but he is also not responding.
Now I understood that, in my area there is a problem with the range and your person sold me the connection just because of the incentive he gets for the connection. Also initially your installation man installed the antenna names Nano and then the antenna was also replaced with some other antenna.
Now it is requested, either rectify the installation and connection with assurance that it will work as per the plan details or give me my money back which I have Paid (Rs 2100/-), so there will be no more issues.

As discussed with you over phone just now, your technical team member visited my home yesterday evening and checked the connection wich is not working, they checked with the different antenna also, and talked to Mr Atul on cell phone no.07620711521. He also told that the It is not possible to give you the continuous connectivity as the distance between tower and connection is too long. How his salse executive sold me the connection is a question ? He told me to ask Mr Sunil the Executive about it ? but how I can as the person is not responding since installation.
Hence it is once again requested for disconnection of the connection subscribed by me with refund off all the money I spent for It.
