Today at 2.11 PM, I received a call from Tikona Care Mumbai and Now they are resolving my Problem and shall revert back with a mail confirming final settlement.

The same story with me, even after writing review only a automated mail came to me and not a single call from TIKONA, someone please help us by giving cell no of the promoters of the company so at least we can ask them. or else we have no potion than to go in Consumer Court.
