I am using ABC Broadband broadmand. the service(human) is okie. The engineers are sent but there is no resolution :(( I have taken 1 Mbps plan. During demo the speed is fine.as per what they show. But if you try to download large file or torrents. the speed drops to just 256kbps.
Inpsite of repeated complains its not being resolved. Every time they ask to check the speed and gives false statement that there server problem has been resolved. In fact after first few minutes of loggin into tiknoa the speed is kept good. so when they call you and ask to check speed. one would feel they are getting speed.
But after few minutes around 20-25 the speed drops to 256 Kbps. Be carefull while taking the connection.. they just provide 1/4 of the speed they commit.If you are fine with that. there are no other such problems with ABC Broadband except that they don’t have a capacity to give you continuous speed.
