I am using act broad band both in office as well as my home in Bangalore.We have 80 gb of limit for a month and then the speed is reduced to bare minimum.We are not doing any movie download or game download just normal web browsing and mail.Every month around 20th calendar day the speed goes down and they ask to get a top up to regain the full speed.No account is provided for the usage.Just want to know if similar is being faced by other users.
