My internet was not working from Saturday and I raised the complaint at 9 Pm. They said it will be resolved by Sunday 10 Am. As it was raining and I can understand they cannot work in this time frame. But after 12 pm there was no rain and no person had shown up since then. I have called your customer care about 12-15 times they assured me that they will resolve by 7 Pm. And my guess was right that ACT fibernet doesnt care about customers.
I have read many reviews on the same issue. I think they simply don`t care
