I have been using ACT from many years but started getting frequent disconnection issue from last 1 year, many technician had come but nobody could resolve the issue. Unable to use the internet most of the time.
I have escalated to Mr. Bala, CEO of the company but nobody cares for that. Service department so bad, technician close the service tickets without even looking at the complaints and sometimes they delete the ticket from backend so that we can’t reopen it. I never seen such a pathetic service provider.
