Worst business ethics ACT has

ACT generates bill one month in advance and asks for payment by 15th of the month. That means, if they don’t provide service for whatever reason, you end up paying the service charge and ACT takes absolutely no responsibility for that.


Similar thing has happened with me. I had service only for 2 days in the month. ACT has all the records for the same. Still, they collected service fee by threatening calls and torturing me like hell for 5 months. Whatever level you escalate it, no one will be helping the customers. All they need is money. They are worst customer friendly and do not have business ethics at all. Please do not go for it unless if you do not have any other options.


I have been using Airtel since last 18 yrs. They are extremely customer friendly and genuine. I was ACT’s customer just for 6 months and they gave me worth of 60 yrs of worst experience. I fought for 5 months for their wrong doings, eventulally I had to give up as an individual to save my time and energy.
