Irresponsible, inefficient & worst team.

He was taking so sweet till he collected the money for the connection, after that he could not pick up the call. After several calls he told it will take 3 days, after 3 days he involved his team lead, he made a wrong commitments to wait of other 3 days. Till now installation is not done. Have asked for the refund to not to have the connection from them. His answer was "It will take 10-15 days for the refund, for anything contact customer care"

I don’t know on what basis they are keeping my money with them. Be careful before taking the connection from this provider.
