Very bad response and support

DO NOT GO FOR ACT. THEY WILL JUST LOOT THE MONEY. I got very bad response from ACT. First of all the sales engineer doesn’t check the feasibility, they take the document and money from you. Later it becomes a big head ache to reach these guys. They neither give installation nor pick up your phone. The same response from Area manager and customer support. They know only one answer, we have sent your compliant to concerned department, you will get a call back, which will never happen. The Sales engineer who took the documents and money gives different numbers to contact who never picks up the call. Totally fed up with the service.
