The worst customer service ever..

ACT telecom has the worst customer service ever. Period.

  1. Your call won’t connect the first 5-6 times. The "user" will be busy. What do you mean user is busy? Don’t they have an IVR?

  2. Yes they have an IVR but reaching to the IVR takes 5-6 times. LOL

And now please wait another 3-4 minutes while they loop an advertisement for you until it irritates the hell out of you.

  1. So they pick up the phone and hear your concerns. They will apologize atleast 10 times if you are in a good mood, and 25 times when you are in a bad mood.  Sorry is basically their in their lingo. They don’t mean it.

  2. Complaint registered. Now what? In next 24hrs you will get atleast 2-3 calls confirming whether there is any issue! Wow. Why else did I register the complaint genius? Also by this time there would be a confirmation through SMS about a ticket being opened about your issue.

  3. Now the really irritating part. They will f*cking CLOSE the ticket w/o rectifying any damn thing!

So what just happened? Why was the ticket closed? You go back to step 1 and all the best.?
