The worst customer service

I’ve been using ACT for 7 years. The speed is good, the connectivity is mediocre and the service is absolute rubbish. No one shows up till ages after raising a complaint. They promise to come at certain times and then totally forget it. They ignore calls after committing to visit to repair. The internet cable has been cut for 5 days and not a single person has shown up till now. I live in the center of Chennai. It’s ridiculous how poor their response time is. I unfortunately have taken a whole year subscription as usual but this will be the last time. Moving to Airtel.
