Hilarious

The Customer Service is useless. They have some Concerned Department who never call back even if the agents escalate.


The technicians who come home are hilarious - no technical knowledge. Their knowledge is based on green lights and red lights. O


They gave me a wrong router which supports 60 Mbps. But I have a 100 Mbps line and this modem does not support the speed.


Upon raising my issue, one technician who came near my home informed me that they can’t upgrade or change the router as his TL does not approve it. I spoke to the TL who was rude and disconnected my call when I tried to explain that it was their mistake that a wrong router is at my home.


According to them as long as the modem works, they cannot replace it. "Wifi is coming through the air", that’s the response. LOL


CS escalates, the escalation team(I’m sure they don’t exist), closes the ticket.


I called up again and asked for a disconnection.
